INTRODUCTION: We handle key projects from product exploration, project design, process control, manufacture, install service to start-up running. We can provide all types of equipment of polyester staple fiber complete machinery. From melt pipes to can traverse, from tow creel stand to cutter and baling press.
The possible production denier of PSF is 0.8D ~ 1.5D cotton type/ high tenacity, 2D ~ 20D solid regular, 6D ~ 15D hollow conjugated (3-dimensional). The capacity of the whole line is 25TPD, 50TPD, 70TPD, 100TPD, 150TPD and 200TPD. It could be according to user’s demand.
COOPERATION: Our group had cooperated with Barmag in 1980’ & 1990’ in developing SW4 series POY spinning & winder technology, and it founded the joint venture with Barmag in the middle of 1990’ of producing SW6 & CW, SP40, SP50 series high speed spinning machines, and exported to Australia, Indonesia and India. Our group of companies had also worked with Dupont, Zimmer, Toray and other famous brand.
R & D: We have been combining worldwide advanced technology in R&D, developing our own licensed & advanced spinning technology through combining filament & fiber spinning process advantages.
We supplied the most big capacity PSF lines in the world, and it also owns the most PSF running lines in the world.
