CHIP STORAGE & FEEDING SYSTEM:
The machine weighs different raw materials separately, then delivers each weighed raw material to the torsion dryer via each funnel meter (3 sets). In fact, a load cell ensures an exact mixing ratio of the raw material and its maximum efficiency in this machine.
SCREW DRYER:
We can make sure outstanding mixing performance and fast and uniform drying which come from long-term experience and accumulated machinery-making know-how.
EXTRUDER & GEAR PUMP:
To maximize customer satisfaction, we employed the following features: 1) Using quality material and enhancing accuracy, we perform outstanding extrusion performance. 2) This part is designed to do excellent denier consistency. 3) A non-stop filter change ensures a fast turnaround time.
CAN WINDER:
Using a simple design, we enhanced working efficiency, and with an inverter, winding speed control becomes easier. And with minimizing slip occurrence close to zero, we get the correct winding performance.
STRETCHER:
As a result, the inverter improves the performance and accuracy of the stretching process. Furthermore, the overlapping roller and cylinder-type crimp machine provides uniform high-quality fibers.
RELAX DRYING SETTING LINE:
The hot blast machine is suitable for siliconized fiber and eliminates sagging and jamming issues with a steel chamber.
CUTTING MACHINE & BALER:
The low-press roller enhances safety. So it is easy to install and dismantle too. A fiber cutter is designed to cut the fiber into various lengths. A double conveyor system prevents working errors of the Baler. Lastly, a PLC auto type enhanced working efficiency and safety.
