Introduction of coating process
Stone base paper produced by Blowing film method, Casting method or Calendaring method is coating. As expected, the coating solution should prepare according to the formula.
The base paper is coating on the Coating machine by reverse rotary method.
The surface of the paper can adhere evenly and firmly by making the difference between the reverse velocity of the rollers that use the coating material and the rollers used to make the paper.
After drying in an oven, repeat the same procedure to coat the back of the paper, until the roll of stone paper fix with constant tension.
The products use for writing, printing, and making books, magazines, notebooks, advertising brochures, maps, tote bags, cardboard boxes and other products.
