Shanghai Pacific Textile Complete Equipment Co., Ltd., started its PSF production line with 5,000 ton per year capacity in Mashad-Iran, Yekta Alyaf company site successfully. The quality of produced fiber is so good and acceptable by consumers.
In this site the following product can be produced;
– Cotton Type Normal Tenacity
– Hollow Conjugated
– Normal solid
The production of high quality of polyester staple fiber with 100% Pet Flakes is the possibility of this brand.

Shanghai Pacific Textile Complete Equipment Co., Ltd., started its PSF production line with 15,000 ton per year capacity in Delijan-Iran, Savis Textile company site successfully. The quality of produced fiber is so good and acceptable by consumers.
In this site the following product can be produced;
– Cotton Type High Tenacity
– Hollow Conjugated
– Normal solid
Nowadays, the demand for enhancing chemical fiber productivity in Iran domestic enterprises for its market is in primary phase. Shanghai Pacific Textile Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. actively exploited overseas market by mobilizing various social powers. The Company will ensure the key technology content of the product and, additionally to further reduce the production cost so that to make a balance between productivity and load as well as improve the competitive edge. Moreover, The Company has improved the export equipment according to the Iranian geographical and climate condition in order to increase the working life, finally ensuring completely the development of Iran market.
At the beginning of this year, the Hangzhou-based Zhejiang Xiangsheng Group’s Textile Co., Ltd. (HZXSTC), a leading man-made fiber textile enterprise in east China, signed a contract with the Shanghai Pacific Textile Machinery Corporation for four polyester staple fiber lines, each having a capacity of 100 ton/day.
The rate of high-quality products made from SPTMC-built spinning installations has increased to 99%, and the daily output of a single production line can reach over 105 tons.
In the second phase of this direct-spinning PSF project, the company will adopt complete sets of spinning and after-treatment equipment from SPTMC. The first production line is expected to go into official production on September 8, 2004.
